Packin Tours offers several different vehicle classes, each with a maximum capacity allowance of passengers and luggage. For example, the maximum capacity of our Minivan is six  passengers and six pieces of luggage . Often, however, a group of six passengers might carry six suitcases as well as six pieces of hand-luggage, in which case it might get very crowded inside the vehicle. For the safety and comfort of our passengers, the driver, we would in such cases recommend to select the next bigger vehicle class, in the example case a Minibus (with a maximum capacity of nine suitcases).

To avoid confusion, excess luggage :

One (1) piece of standard suitcase per person with a maximum size of approx. 70cm high, 47cm wide and 21cm deep, and a maximum weight of 23 kg. This is also the official IATA recommendation.

Hand luggage will be transported in the vehicle with you, so make sure it is at appropriate size to avoid an uncomfortable transfer for you.

Excess luggage must be reported to our customer service upon booking and in advance, so we can provide you with the correct vehicle.

 

We require full name and surname for each passenger, a contact mobile number and flight information. If you make your booking using the booking form, this will prompt you for everything that we require. We require passenger names for meeting in the airport and insurance documents. Packin Tours Travel CO does not share any personel information with 3rd parties.

The driver or airport attendant will guide you to the transfer vehicle, and you will be on your way to the destination. Since it's a door-to-door service where the driver will load/unload all of your luggage on to the vehicle, you can travel to your destination safely and comfortably without a worry.

For minivans such as Mercedes Vito, Volkswagen Transporter etc. is limited for six passengers.

We also have large vehicles such as Mercedes minibus they are able to carry up to fourteen passengers.

In case of flight delay, we do not charge our customers any additional costs.  Our operations department track the flight status online and let your driver arrive to the airport once your  flight is landed.

In case you already know that your flight will be delayed before take-off, you can always send a whatsap message with the information regarding your delay, so  we can plan ahead and inform your driver on time.

You have one hour to leave the airport. The one hour waiting time which is included in our transfer fare starts once the flight actually landed. If you think you need more time inside the airport please let us know.

The cancellation of the booking must be made through e-mail to the bookings department ([email protected]) and it will be confirmed by us, always through e-mail. If you are not able to send an e-mail please send a whatsapp message. 
If the customer's flight is cancelled or the customer cancels the transfer, the transfer fee will be refunded by Packin Tours Travel CO.
